This is the decisive process in the production of numerous products in the baked goods, confectionery and dairy industries, for which light and spongy raw materials are required.
Products that can be aerated
- Baked goods (e.g. Swiss rolls, cheese portions, sponge cakes, wafer fillings, biscuit fillings)
- Confectionery products (e.g. Marshmallows, foam biscuits, fruit drops, chocolate)
- Dairy products (e.g. Yoghurt, butter, margarine, cheese spread)
